Parovel is engaged in a tasting tour of UL'KA Tergeste Dop Slow Food Safeguard organized by the International guide FLOS OLEI.
These days we are in Helsinki and what you see in the background is the waterfront in the Finnish capital with Kappautori, famous square of the old covered market, very popular among both locals and tourists passing by in the city.
A real cooking competition is the one that awaits us on Saturday, June 18 the members of the Atelier dei Buongustai (foodies atelier). The evening's title is "Traditional with vivacity" The cooks in the challenge are 4: Angela prepares the appetizer, Andrea the first course, Christian the second course and Luca the dessert.
Each dish is evaluated for loyalty to the Italian culinary tradition and for creativity in presentation and taste.
In addition to hosting the event Parovel is happy to sponsor, together with others, the success of the evening .
The technical jury who will have the task of tasting the dishes are Antonella Varotto, Theodora Hurustiati, Monica Grion while the shareholders who will come to dinner will be the people's jury.
One more time PAROVEL is happy to support initiatives that promote the digitization and in this case we speak of culture. In fact today #ColtiNellaRete (Caught in the net) is held in Triese, a day devoted to meeting and studying in which "cultural institutions to the digital challenge" will be discussed. The event is organized by Triestesocial and its social media team.

On Sunday, January 29 Open Cellars returns, the main national event dedicated to the world of wine!
The only event in the province of Trieste will be hosted at the Parovel Winery in Bagnoli della Rosandra 624, at the foot of Mount Carso and in the splendid setting of Val Rosandra.
Doors will be open all day from 10 to 18 with guided tours to barriquerie and the cellar of "young wines" and the tasting of new vintages of our indigenous wines: the cru Barde line with Vitovska and Istrian Malvasia, Teran and Refosco, newborns Visavi Visavi white and red, the yellow Moscato passito Spomin, bubbles with Glera of Kamje and complexity of Matos Nonet.
Also at 11:30 and at 16:00 you can taste the recipes created by Al Pescaturismo in Villaggio del Pescatore in combination with our wines and extra virgin olive oils (even our Ul'ka Slow Food Safeguard - vintage 2015) and also the E2P Parovel sorbet - Olives bitter liquor made by the Artisan Ice Cream Parlors Della Negra from Mortegliano (Udine)

She'll bring all Parovel products in that wonderful land that is Vietnam. The news makes us very happy because the Vietnamese cuisine is extraordinarily rich in aromas and flavors thanks to spices and herbs that are widely used in the preparation of the dishes and we are particularly happy that our extra virgin olive oils Ul'ka, RoZò, Mackè and our Barde wines fit into a similar culinary rich context.
