No, these are not grapes Euro left behind for some new creations but those we left behind during harvesting last September. The good wine is made in the vineyards and is made by selecting the best grapes and we Parovels pay particular attention to the choice.

Another important initiative that Parovel has had the pleasure to support: the collective exhibition “Sua Cuique persona” - The self-portrait as mask and mirror at Palazzo Costanzi  Sala Veruda, open to visits until March 10th.

At the vernissage we offered the artists and public the white Visavì Barde, Parovel in its long history has always supported the artistic initiatives on the territory with the conviction that art, culture and entertainment are necessary sap for our life. And it continues doing it with the same convinction.

We know it well that at Carnival time fried and rich dishes reign by tradition, because by tradition it was the "fat" week anticipating the long period of fasting and repentance of Lent. 

If there's a dish at Parovels that never misses on the table at Carnival it's scrambled eggs with bacon cooked with the extra virgin olive oil Mackè! We suggest you accompany it with a good glass of Refosco Barde.
