On the 26th January we will be in a curious and good initiative: a meeting of flavors between the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and Karst .
The meeting is organized by L'Atelier of Buongustai by Federica Caccamo. We bring with us our extra virgin olive oils Ul'ka and RoZò. The first is our Monocultivar of bianchera belica, a fine oil, rich in polyphenols and then slightly spicy; the second is the Family Selection Blend: 50 % bianchera with leccino, maurino and buga, another native variety of the area, more suitable for dishes with delicate flavor.

Saturday, December 13 at the Teatro Comunale of France Prešeren Bagnoli Rosandra Boljunec will celebrate 30 years of the creation of the Park first and then the Natural Reserve of Val Rosandra and we will also be there to talk about the importance of its protection. The conference will be held from 9:00 to 13:00 during which the photo exhibition by Roberto Valenti Carso - Kras (Karst) will also be inaugurated.
