Olio extravergine trieste parovel cucina vegana

The vegan cuisine can be really interesting if you combine it with the search of forgotten ingredients, as in the case of the chef Max Noacco from the restaurant Al Tiglio in Moruzzo (UD). The event was held last night and Karmen Stepan Parovel intervened at the dinner to explain how our extra virgin olive oil Ul'ka, RoZò and Mackè that can further enrich the delicious recipes based on fermented legumes and flowers created by the chef.

The event was organized by L'Atelier dei buongustai by Federica Caccamo whom we thank also for the pictures that we have borrowed from its Facebook page where the evening was documented.

After the success of the four previous editions, where companies have literally enchanted with their wines the over a thousand people present, FISAR delegation of Venice proposes "Gradito l'Abito Rosso", the initiative in which the Friuli, Julian and Slovenian realities will have the opportunity to propose their red wines in the city that most appreciates class and finesse. Enthusiasts, restaurateurs, sommeliers and specialized press, will taste a whole day the best of the "Red Dress" in the presence of the direct producers.
The entrance ticket for 15 euros, which includes a catalog / guide of participating companies and their products, allows the tasting of about 200 wines. A special tasting glass will be provided by paying a deposit of 5 euros that will be returned upon return of the same.
