On the 26th January we will be in a curious and good initiative: a meeting of flavors between the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and Karst .
The meeting is organized by L'Atelier of Buongustai by Federica Caccamo. We bring with us our extra virgin olive oils Ul'ka and RoZò. The first is our Monocultivar of bianchera belica, a fine oil, rich in polyphenols and then slightly spicy; the second is the Family Selection Blend: 50 % bianchera with leccino, maurino and buga, another native variety of the area, more suitable for dishes with delicate flavor.
