Throughout the period of the harvest and and pressing of the native olive of Trieste, the Bianchera, we hosted visiting schools in our Oil Mill, like the Municipal Nursery School Azzurra from Trieste. We showed the children the whole production process from olive to oil and they immediately drawed what they had learnt. You never know, in the future some of these children might be as passionate about olive growing as we are.

We are very happy to announce that this year our extra virgin olive oil UL'KA 2014 Tergeste DOP deserved the inclusion in the world guide of extra virgin olive oils FLOS OLEI 2015 scoring a 90. Thanks Bianchera - Belica from our land! And especially thanks to our olivemaker Euro, which has already started the work in the Olive Oil Mill.
