After pressing the olives, our extra virgin oils rest and mature in the barrels for at least 50 days, then are tasted by our family expert noses Martina, Karmen and Euro. Tastings are followed by the analyses for the certainty of the chemical parameters and after the internal checks they are finally ready to be bottled.

We await the coming year admiring the beauty of continuity, of the new generations that grow, of the land that is renewed every season.
After the winter rest, in the spring we will delight you with new wine and olive oil experiences at the Winery. There we will tell you our whole world.
