As we approach the heat we are all looking for foods that are quick to prepare and keep us as far away from the stoves.
Our friend Theodora Hurustiati then proposes to us this San Daniele Fil di Fumo (hot smoked trout) to be seasoned with a vinaigrette in which we use our extra virgin olive oil Mackè which with its odor bouquet is a perfect match for trout and zucchini.
