180 g flour 00
90 g of wildflower honey
6 cl of orange juice
3 cl of extra virgin olive oil Mackè
1 teaspoon yeast coffee cake
1 egg
the rind of half an orange organic (or a teaspoon of organic orange zest dehydrated)
icing sugar
1 pinch of salt
