Steamed prawns with aioli sauce
In Provence, this mayonnaise sauce with addition of garlic puree, which is called Aioli, is traditionally served with a dish of boiled fish and steamed vegetables. Its velvety texture and strong characterization given by the presence of garlic and extra virgin olive oil makes it particularly suitable to accompany simple dishes like grilled vegetables or boiled shellfish meat.
