With spring the pleasure of being outdoors returns to go on hikes and walks, such as those that you can do in the beautiful Val Rosandra in the municipality of Dolina in Trieste . And you know, the open air makes you hungry.
But Parovel winery reopens its doors to the public for the traditional Spring Osmiza.
A whole week from 24 April to 1 May in which you can taste the white and red wines the company produces : the rich red Refosco d'Istria, the rocky Terrano, the elegant Istrian Malvasia, the bright and lively Vitovska, all of the cru line wines Vinja Barde and the newborn Visavi, a white blend that matches Malvasia and Glera. The whole with homemade cold cuts, sliced fresh and seasoned cheeses from Karst, olive paste and olives in brine. Delights to be enjoyed in company are served in the large and spacious porch of the winery and in the garden all around.
