In June 2018 we celebrated Parovel's 120th anniversary with special tastings, shows and meetings between the Bagnoli della Rosandra winery, the Val Rosandra-Dolina Glinščice Nature Park and the born place, still the heart and headquarter of the Parovel family. Here, between rows of Barde, in the small village of Caresana Mačkolje, municipality of San Dorligo della Valle, in the province of Trieste in 120 years the history of the family has crossed and walked alongside the history of Trieste and the Karst with a look at Istria. Vision, innovation, entrepreneurship, willingness to cohesion and listening, harmony, coherence, the custody of knowledge and the will to pass it on to the younger generation. Today we are pleased to have opened a road in the agriculture of Trieste area, between wine and olive oil, on which many have followed us. A road to leave to the new generation of our territory and that they can continue to cherish this precious corner of excellence.
