The new management of the Restaurant Furlan inaugurates today, a place of great history, gastronomic reference of Col on the Karst, with whom we've been working from the 70s.
Peter Corbatti collects from the hands of the mother Majda Gustin the reins of the restaurant that has been refurbished thanks to restyling of the designer Mara Pavatich while the kitchen will offer the refined recipes by Chef Gaspare Patrone, who will also be accompanied by extra virgin olive oils and Barde wines by Parovel.
